Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 9, 2026

Welcome to Bradley Digital Services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BradleyDigitalServices.com and your purchase or use of services provided by Bradley Digital Services. By using this website, requesting services, approving a project, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Bradley Digital Services provides digital services for individuals and businesses, including website design, branding and logo design, business tools and setup, technology support, training, guidance, and related digital services.

The exact scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and requirements of a project may vary depending on the services requested and will be communicated to the client before or during the project.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and any materials reasonably required to complete their project, including text, images, logos, account access, business information, preferences, and other requested content.

Clients are responsible for confirming that they have permission to use any content, images, trademarks, logos, music, files, or other materials they provide to Bradley Digital Services.

Delays in receiving required information, materials, approvals, payments, or account access may affect project timelines.

Payments

Pricing depends on the scope and requirements of each service or project.

Payment requirements will be communicated before work begins or as part of the project agreement. Depending on the project, Bradley Digital Services may require full payment, a deposit, or scheduled payments.

Any additional work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because Bradley Digital Services provides customized digital services, payments for work that has already been performed are generally non-refundable.

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, Bradley Digital Services may retain payment for work already completed and expenses already incurred.

If Bradley Digital Services is unable to provide a paid service, any refund or credit will be determined based on the portion of the service that was not completed.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service or project agreement.

Requests that substantially change the original project, require additional deliverables, or fall outside the agreed scope may be considered additional work and may result in additional charges.

Project Timelines

Any estimated completion dates are estimates unless Bradley Digital Services expressly agrees in writing to a specific deadline.

Project timelines may be affected by client response times, requested revisions, third-party platforms, technical issues, availability of required information, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Bradley Digital Services.

Websites and Digital Projects

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving websites, designs, information, links, forms, and other deliverables before final publication or use.

After a project has been delivered or approved, ongoing website maintenance, software updates, hosting, security, backups, domain renewals, integrations, and other continuing services are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Bradley Digital Services may assist clients with third-party products and platforms such as website builders, domain providers, hosting services, CRM systems, email marketing services, social media platforms, payment processors, software, plugins, and other digital tools.

Bradley Digital Services does not own or control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, performance, security, policies, approvals, account decisions, or continued operation.

Clients remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of third-party services they use.

Accounts and Access

When account access is necessary to perform requested services, clients are responsible for providing appropriate authorized access.

Clients remain responsible for their accounts, passwords, billing arrangements, subscriptions, and account security unless otherwise specifically agreed.

Bradley Digital Services will not knowingly request access beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

Training and Guidance

Training, education, recommendations, and guidance provided by Bradley Digital Services are intended to help clients understand and use digital tools and business resources.

Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions and for determining whether particular tools, strategies, or recommendations are appropriate for their circumstances.

No Guaranteed Results

Bradley Digital Services works to provide professional services based on the agreed project requirements. However, no particular business, financial, marketing, search-engine, social-media, sales, traffic, lead, or other performance result is guaranteed.

Results can depend on numerous factors outside the control of Bradley Digital Services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Bradley Digital Services retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, templates, systems, processes, and other intellectual property used in providing services.

Upon receipt of all required payments, clients may receive the rights to use final custom deliverables created specifically for their project as agreed between Bradley Digital Services and the client.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.

Unapproved concepts, drafts, samples, and unused designs remain the property of Bradley Digital Services unless otherwise agreed.

Portfolio Use

Bradley Digital Services may display completed work as examples of its services or in a professional portfolio unless the client and Bradley Digital Services agree otherwise.

Confidential information, passwords, private account information, and other sensitive client information will not intentionally be displayed as portfolio material.

Acceptable Use

Bradley Digital Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work involving unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, harassment, malicious software, deceptive practices, or other activities that Bradley Digital Services reasonably determines are inappropriate or potentially harmful.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bradley Digital Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of this website, the use of third-party services, or services provided by Bradley Digital Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Website Availability

Bradley Digital Services makes reasonable efforts to maintain BradleyDigitalServices.com but does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Changes to These Terms

Bradley Digital Services may update these Terms & Conditions when its website, services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
